The service
Body Scan analyses a photo you provide and returns fitness scores, a training plan, nutrition targets and a coach chat. It is a fitness tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice. Consult a professional before changing training or diet, especially with a health condition.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the photo analysis features.
Your photos
You grant us a licence to process the photos you submit solely to produce your analysis. Photos are deleted after analysis. You must only submit photos of yourself.
Subscriptions
Body Scan Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store in weekly, monthly and yearly terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends at the price shown. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by law. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Accounts
You may use the app anonymously or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and data at any time from the app.
Acceptable use
Do not upload photos of other people, attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring, or use the service to harass anyone. Leaderboard names are moderated; abusive names are removed.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions you make based on scores, plans or estimates.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app.
