My photo was rejected

Stand 2–3 m from the camera, front on, in even light, with shoulders and hips inside the frame. The quality check runs on your device before anything is uploaded.

Why can I scan only once a week?

Body composition does not change day to day. A weekly cadence keeps the score line honest and stops noise from lighting or posture reading as progress.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

How do I delete my data?

Profile → Delete account & data removes everything from our servers immediately.
